Italian designer/store that carry unique chains?

Hi everyone!

I'm going to Rome in a few weeks and want to buy a 16"-18" chain to use with my existing pendant collection. I prefer a "designed" chain and not some generic machine made chain.

Can anyone suggest designers or jewerly stores that carry unusual chains? Any recommendations are appreciated!

if its just a chain, I wouldnt mind an unbranded one. I have a tiffany and co one and it was so thin.
