i got the email after last PCE, but this time i got the phone call making sure that i'd been able to come in and use my discount.
i also got a very nice card from my favorite SA when i sent positive feedback to coach about her; it was so nice to know that the comments made their way to the right person!

I've gotten 2 emails from the flagship store, one for my first purchase and 1 for my 2nd one during PCE. I've purchased a wristlet at a different boutique in the mall but I didn't get a email from that one.

Yes, I got 2 emails and just received a hand-written thank you note today from the SA who helped me that day, it was a nice surprise since it was my first time to go to that store.
