I received one from a SA at a store that I buy from occasionally but have never received one from my SA that I buy from all the time...funny how that is...

Yes, you can.

Mine said "Not valid with other offers." It would not work in combination with the PCE. Also, it had to be used in the store...not online.

I received mine from FP and used it along with a settlement card and gift card for my Saffiano tote.
