    I hope this is the correct thread to place this post.

    For the past week or so I have been having issues with the Banana Republic website. It allows me to view an item, select what color and size, but when I try to add it to my cart it will not add.

    I am having NO issues with the Gap website though.

    Has anyone else been having issues? There are many items I would like to order.

    Also, I contacted them and they wrote a lengthy email back saying they tried replicating the issue I was having and didn't see anything wrong.

    It's odd because I have ordered from their site on the computer before.

  2. Haven't had this issue, as usually when an item isn't available it'll say that it's not.

    Perhaps try clearing the cached sessions on your browser;maybe something funky happened causing this issue.

    It is so weird becuase it is only effecting BR...not Gap.
