Issue with my K28, is this normal ?

Hello community

I notice the sangles of my Kelly28 are not « sealed » to the hardware anymore, there is a gap!

Is this normal ? Bag is like 6 months old !

NOT normal. Though it might be a simple fix IDK. Take it to H SPA and your SA ASAP

ETA: Anytime something is bothering you with a bag, especially one this expensive, it's worth getting it fixed. I had an issue (K28 also) with a bag I bought in the US last year and I was a bit on the fence about the issue until I showed it to an SA in Paris. He was appalled and took it straight to after-care. H replaced it.

I think for mine they can replace the sangles or just re seal it ! Thank you, will take it to H store tomorrow, they have a leather office there !

UPDATE : they took the bag in SAV as this is bag defect !
Will get posted in a week or so about what they can do and the delay !

This is good news!! Hope it doesn't take too long (it shouldn't, I can't imagine they'd even need to replace the sangles). Wishing you luck.
