is vernis bad for summer??

I use vernis a lot and the weather is always in the 80s so I think you'll be fine.

Vernis bags look really cute with summer outfits... but I would keep lighter-colored vernis away from strong direct sunlight as it could fade or yellow the color.

It says in the LV site that you sould avoid direct sources of heat and direct sunlight. Also some tpf'ers mentioned that some pretty bad untreatable marks appeared when vernis was left in the sun with drops of water on it.

I use my vernis all year long. Dont think the color will fade.
Not sure how long you like to stay under the sun though.

it depends on how often you use it i suppose? I had a Chanel white patent bag i used ONLY ONCE and it turned yellow on me:censor: ! But then if it's only wallet which is not directly under the sizzling sun, it should do fine
