As far as I know, you can go to any Dior store/boutique and order them. They can have a look at their stocks worldwide and ship it to the boutique nearest you. The downside to ordering is, you have to pay a deposit upfront.

I agree, stop by Dior and take a look. They have lots of clothes in the boutiques. If not, I'm pretty sure they can order for you or ship from another store. Cute shirt!!
