This is just awful. I don't understand how paypal can find in her favor if she left feedback for the item regardless of the no proof of postage. Isn't the feedback proof of postage??
It's outrageous and nothing short of outright theft.
Tell her she can re-submit the payment and pay it off in 20 pound installments on her own CC.

It is awful. Paypal just ignore me now. Won't respond to emails. Won't provide details of their complaints procedure. If you knew the whole story - I have a great case to go to Court, but it's the hassle. I just want my money back, and in future I will keep all my proof of posting.
