Is this ring too over the top??

So , I found this ring in TJMaxx and I have made a pact with myself that I was going for quality pieces instead of quanity. But I came across this and I looove crazy jewlery that I can wear just for fun (of course right place right time). What do you think,,too much? It's a peacock and it stands straight up. I love peacocks and bling and I got both. Should I keep it or have some fun???

I have my fair share of crazy jewelry.. it's fun.. why not? just don't spend too much on it because it does have a limited shelf life as far as wearing them often

How much was it? If it was like $30, that isn't going to get you much toward a Love bracelet or diamond ring, so I'd probably keep it, it's fun!
