percephonie, any news on your 04 clutch? I hope you manage to get her soon!! As for Parcelforce, they are a nightmare!! I haven't had too many good experiences with them. They kept my Sky Blue city for over 2 weeks because I had to pay a small duty fee and they took all their time to send over the paper work!! My poor city was sitting on shelf in Gatwick waiting for me to get her!! At least she is home now....Looking forward to seeing some pics!
