I can't see it in the pic but I am guessing it's not normal.....Did it rub off?I just bought the blooms key case yesterday and the glazing seems to have come off in the part by my thumb. Would that be considered a defect? TIA!

My Blooms zip cardholder did the same thing after only a couple months.. I believe the thread is still here somewhere..
