Michael Kors Is this normal wear and tear

I got a multi function satchel in April and the straps are starting to peek already. Is this normal, I got the bag from Bloomingdales

Um that doesn't look good. Take it back to the store and ask for a replacement or refund. I would not accept my bag to look like this after half a year.

My crossbody looks like that but it's because when I was washing the PVC I got it on the leather part and scuffed it up ! So maybe consider what could have been around it that caused it to do that

I took the bag to bloomies and they replaced it for me. Woohoo

Oh no! I have had my eye on the multi- function satchel as my next bag but now I'm a little concerned. When they replaced your bag, did they have any idea why the painted edges wore off?

It's a great bag, she said maybe I had oil or something in my hand or got it wet. I was bummed because I love the bag but I'm glad they replaced it

the handle on my Grayson started to do that in one tiny spot on one handle. I quickly put clear nail polish on the spot to prevent further peeling. It seemed to be where the handles constantly rub together from wearing it on one arm (as it cannot be held any other way handles are too short). Mine is the same colour and print as yours shown in the picture
