I actually tried this bag on yesterday at Saks and was not impressed it is very cute but for a $2k+ the handles felt and look like plastic they say they are resin but they felt like plastic to me and not to sturdy.

I was informed the problems with the chains have been fixed. It is a great bag and fits quite a bit. Chain is comfortable also.

It is a great bag. I get a lot of compliments on it. I also tried on the e/w version and liked the hobo better. The one chain seems to stay in place better.
