Michael Kors Is this MK Purse worth to keep?

I went shopping last night at TJMAXX and saw this MK Lattington Large Drawstring Tote

purse and felt in love with it the moment my eyes caught it. It is such a good deal for the price. But I am having a 2nd thought as this is my first MK purse. I attached a couple pictures to let you see what I am talking abt and I want some help by giving me your opinion abt the bag.
