I think it's fake. I just compared it to the legacy shoulder bag on the Coach website, and the stitching is the wrong color on the craigslist bag. On the black leather patches where the turnlocks are on the front, both rows of stitching are white on the real bag. On the craigslist bag, one row of stitching is white and the other looks to be brown or some other dark color.
