I got that one too! The subject line was "Coach is going to miss you" or something like that..
I was like WTF--why would Coach miss me? I'm not going anywhere?? LoL

I got it and clicked it and didn't think much about it. I think it's real. I have a good antivirus and firewall on my computer and no alerts came up.

I got it. It seemed real so I followed it. The verification email afterwards seemed to indicate it was authentic...

Sometimes people sign up for email alerts and then don't want them anymore. I think they are just checking to make sure those people who want emails will still get them instead of just sending it out to a bunch of people who may not want them.
