Is this crease on classic flap repairable?

The bag just needs to be stuffed really well. I would either get a bag shaper or stuff the bag and leave it stored for a white. if there is a crease there are some threads on using very light heat like from a hairdryer (far away to not damage the leather) and you would gently massage the crease with your finger and then stuff the bag really well.
 
None of mine have flattened, I've been collecting for almost 20 years. If leather sits upright forever, it'll eventually cave in a bit. Alternating it's position prevents that, plus I assume prevents flattening considering I don't have any issues with mine.

Interesting. When you say cave in, do you mean lose its shape?
 
If you look at some bags, the corners start softening and caving in, totes, flaps, etc... like the first post in this thread; which is reasonable after sitting on their bottoms so long.
