Is This Bag Too Summery for Christmas?

Around this time of year I generally review my stock of bags to look for a "festive holiday bag" and I usually gravitate toward my red or gold bags, and then I decorate them with appropriate seasonal fobs - like my reindeer fob.

But earlier this year I bought a green Ergo33 C2264 and I love this bag and I carried it a lot during the summer. Green is a Christmas color and so I've been thinking about decorating it festively and carrying it for the holidays - but I still have a feeling that this is a summer bag and might look a bit odd during the winter.

What do you think, would you wear the green Ergo22 for Christmas or would you save it for warmer weather? I have plenty of bags to choose from!

I personally do not think it's summary but to make it more Christmas-y you can add a red scarf.

Alas, you have summer associations with this bag that you'll always have; all you need to do is form new associations - add your holiday purse charms and start carrying this special beauty - that color is an absolutely perfect holiday color as well; truly a year-around shade of green!

If it doesn't have a bunch of flowers or Santa's face at the front, it's for all seasons. That gorgeous green is made for December - if it was my bag, I'd add a holiday charm. I like carrying an olive green M small Taylor adorned with a red bow charm in Christmas time.
