I like a bare neck to show off the figure and shape of the dress. I think the long pendant will pull the eye down and it will loose the look. Wear fab earrings and a bracelet/ring instead. IMO

I'm usually one for pililng on the jewelry, but I agree that bold earrings and/or a bold bracelet would work better. Got any McQ skulls? :graucho:

I agree, no necklace. The dress is stunning and has a lot going on in a quiet way, I think a necklace would take away from that. So you never wear earrings? I couldn't imagine, but I guess wearing them would feel weird to you. I don't know that I would hate silver with that dress, but it would have to be an elegant piece.

I have tried to wear earrings and they just hurt, get inflamed, and infected, regardless of the metal. I end up re-piercing my ears every time I try and wear them.

Beautiful earrings would be great but I just can't wear them. *is sad*

Try big earrings with the one shoulder dress. Oups I just saw you can't wear them... How about clip on earrings?

Hmmm I can't see why not you can't wear this necklace.

I love, love, LOVE the necklace! Unfortunately, I agree that a necklace kind of competes with the one-shoulder look of the dress. But I also love the cuff, and it would be perfect. If I were you, I'd look for vintage clip on or screw-on earrings (not necessarily for this dress, just as a general rule). I've seen some really beautiful pieces in high-end antique stores.
