The price range for a 0.94-ct F color, VVS2 clarity GIA excellent cut stone ranges from $6,635 to $8,681. Note that, however, GIA excellent cut grade does not guarantee that the stone is top cut, fire cracker. This is because the GIA cut grade is proportion based, rather than performance based. Regardless, even if your diamond is actually "average cut", the $4000 price is extremely good. Good find!
