Given the price and since it's stated as new, I'd say this is one of those too good to be true situations. I'd bet money it's fake.

Yes, both are without a doubt fake. They both have the wrong kind of leather. The ones on eBay are pebbley but they should be textured like woodgrain. You should clearly see the lines embedded in the leather. Also the second bag has the wrong shaped strap it gets really wide in the middle (you can tell by looking at the sides and then the middle of the bag. The real bag has a strap that is barely wider in the middle.
