Is this a defect?

I don't have many TB items except for this wallet I got 2 Christmas' back. I noticed that my wallet is cracking on both sides where the folds are. Is this normal? Will TB repair my wallet?

Thanks for the reply! I called the retail store and emailed customer service, unfortunately since I didn't purchase it from them, it sounds like they can't help me. "
