Is this a defect? What do I do?

I’m in love with my bag but as soon as I set eyes on the pouch I noticed these lines. I’ve waited to see if they faded but still so visible! Is this normal? Will they eventually go? Or are they suppose to be there, I’m guessing not?

Not normal, I’d send it back. That’d upset me every time I look at it.
