Is there such a thing as Old style mini papillon?

I bought the mini papillon LV from ebay. I was so thrill when received the package. but when I opened it , It doesn't look right. I ask the seller If she sure that this purse is authentic. she said It's authentic and her friend who works at louis vuitton shop confirm that to her. It's look different because this purse is older style papillon.
Hrmmzz!! ....I'm not sure if I ever heard of an older style papillon. Does the strap and clip supposes to look like this?

This is the pic of the strap and clip that all my LV bags look like. So I thought the first picture of the strap n clip wasn't authentic.
