I’ve been trying the CHANEL website for the last couple of days and it say “Access Denied”.
I searched on this forum, Google, & Twitter and I didn’t find any information.
I tried using my husbands phone, the app, & clearing my history & cookies. Nothing has helped.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue too?

YES ME TOO! I've been trying for days, I even turned off wi-fi and used my hotspot, still the same thing. I called them already three days ago, they told it's "not on their end," and supposedly handed my case over to tech support. It's been three days and I haven't gotten a response back, still same thing. And all of these attempts are showing up as "pending" charges on my statement. UGHIs anyone else having this issue? I’ve tried using a credit card and paying with PayPal but it just won’t process my payment.
