I bought a 'human hair ponytail' on May 23 - and it's still not here!

I looked at others FB to the seller and noticed it took about 2 months to get to the buyer (although there was no mention of this when I bought it).

She told me a month ago it had been shipped.
This week I emailed her twice saying that I undrestand shipping takes a long time but this is too long - I need a tracking #, and then again saying "OK seriously - have you even sent it yet."
And she's IGNORING ME!!!

I know that she's ignoring me because I had a friend ask her a question on one of her listings and she answered right back. ugh!

It's been so long now I don't know if there's anything I can do.
Damn me and my trusting ways

Where is this ponytail being shipped from?

How did you pay for it.. with a credit card?

I think you have passed the deadline to file a claim with paypal, but call and check

with a representative.

ANd also file with your cc company but again not sure if it is too late to do that

I don't think you can file a Paypal claim after all this time has passed, but did you pay with a credit card? Can you do a chargeback? That may be your only recourse at this point if the seller is ignoring you.

You may can still file a chargeback if you paid w/ CC... some CC co's give 180 days, others less, you need to call yours and find out ASAP.

Too late for PP....45 day limit. Never let a transaction go longer than 1 week without a seller providing a tracking #. You can allow longer for actual receipt of an item if you have a tracking #, but sellers need to ship w/in 7 days per PP guidelines. You let this one go WAYYYY too long, sorry.

Arrrrgh - Damn me and my trusting ways -- I was just too trusting and I didn't think she would screw me.
The pony is being shipped from the US to Canada -- I byu pretry much everything off of Ebay so I know it takes a long time but this is tooooo long -- that plus she's ignoring me so obviously she did something wrong.
She has another website and a video on youtube - maybe I'll just go make some comments on there - at least to warn others.

Just wanted to let you guys know - apparently there is something I can do - Actually a lot I can do =)

OK.. good for you.. now you are in charge of being the Investigative Reporter.
After you do these things, please do come back and report what works!

Was your CC of any assistance??

^^ I paid with my bank account not credit card so I don't think they can do anything.

- I sent this information to the seller so I hope it's enough to scare her into offering me a refund. If not I am totally prepared to do all this.
It's only a little over $100 but I am p'd off and I don't appreciate the blatent lying.

Well, I'm behind ya! GO GET EM!:boxing:

Hey - guess who just emailed me???

Says she's left me 2 emails that say that it's on it;s way - that the post office sent it back bla bla blah - that I should check my email because maybe it went to spam - ya right - this one sure got through!
I told her I'd give it until the end of the week and then - HELL HATH NO FURY.... lol

edit**** And now this one - 2 minutes after I sent her a message (it looks to me like she knows I won't be seeing anything in the mail by the end of the week ;))
"Exactly, we get right back to our customers. I have no reason not to honor your order. We send out over 50 orders every day. But I do not want to do business with you so I have asked my accountant to refund your money. If the one that we sent to you arrives I would appreciate knowing. I do not expect that you would return it. Our accountant works on Thursday and Friday. I will have him refund you Thursday. I assume it will show in your account immediately. Not sure how it works. But I will let you know Thursday once it has been refunded to your account. I understand that you do not like being ignored and I do not like being threatened."

LOLOLOLOL... looks like this might have worked!!

Well good for you that you sent that e-mail and this seller has responded.

ANd glad to know that you are getting a refund. Hope that it is reflected

in your account and that she doesn't come up with an excuse about her

accountant being sick and not coming into work Thursday and Friday because

maybe they are having a bad "hair day".

Just curious, have you checked her feedback to see if she ships 50 items

every day as she claims? And how many people left feedback after you bought

your ponytail?

Good luck and keep us posted!!

^^ She has another website so that's probably where she sends out her 50 orders a day.
From her 'home video' on youtube to her 'obviously made it herself' homepage -- I doubt she's sending out 50 0orders a day.
Since placing my order she's had about 4 FB on ebay - each of those were sent 2 months after initial purchase - so that's why I wasn't in a big panic over the missing pony - i figured it would take a long time.
