Is there a LONG Strap to carry a Hermes Birkin?

.. I'm wondering is there a long strap I can use to carry a birkin hermes ..

The experts can comment on this better than I, but there's no strap on my birkin, and the above picture is of a Kelly, which does have a strap....

No, as there is no hardware on a Birkin for a strap to attach to. Due to the design, it's meant to be hand carried. I think it would be very bulky as a shoulder bag even if it did come with a strap.

Yes, some "old hacs" have them with the dee ring on the hac for the ends of the canvas strap to attach to.

Birkin bags do not come with a strap. It has to be on a special order.

here is a photo of exactly what Docride drew for you, mine is a vintage HAC 32cm (w in circle) so approximately 17 years old. they are rare but are out there...but you can really only carry it with the strap if you close the flap, otherwise it hanngs open and far away from the body....i think they were made by special order if I am not mistaken.

I'm not really certain but i have never seen a birkin like this, only HAC's.

I have seen a birkin 40 made of Vachette Ardennes Naturel color, made excatly like this. The bag was from the mid 90's.
