Is the small gabrielle bag out of style? I found the light beige one and love it

I’ve been eyeing one myself not sure in small or old medium yet. They are still being sold today on the Chanel website so I feel there is still a demand. I am drawn to this line due to the more relaxed casual vibe it had.

Although I think that Gabrielle is no longer an “It” bag, I think it is still relevant. I really like Gabrielle hobo as well as backpack. I think that if you truly like the aesthetic of Gabrielle you will love wearing the bag if you get it.

I was interested in this bag but then I tried it on. I found the chains cumbersome especially when trying to wear it crossbody. Fashionably Amy on YouTube raves about this bag...she’s the one who got me interested but there is nothing like checking it out in person for yourself. I think if you love the aesthetic and find it comfortable to carry, then get it. It’s a Chanel and has been around for a while. I don’t think it’s going anywhere...but by the same token it probably won’t ever be as popular as the boy bag.

I tried on a small beige one yesterday at my local boutique and looooved it! I don't think it matters if the bag is still "relevant" or not. If you love it and it performs an important function in your bag collection, then go for it!

I feel like it's hey-day has passed but if you still love it, why not?! I found the chains a bother - they look cool but I got all messed up trying different looks. If it's your vibe, then go for it. I still think it looks amazing to see on others.

Don't think it's out of style at all. In fact, I think it's a nice modern twist to traditional Chanel. Something different from a double flap (classic), half flap (19), full flap (boy). It's still pretty cool and relevant. I consider the chains as outfit decoration.

I like it alot coz it's one of the very few bags that provides 'easy access'. I'm lazy, most of the time I don't even zip it up and all my thing stay inside nicely without worrying that anything will fall out. I love this convenience, especially when worn cross body (vs having to deal with a turnlock!)

Such a beautiful neutral cream color. I've been waiting for this in black but all boutiques/SA's are saying it's sold out, with long waitlists...
I wanted Black in chevron but no lucks. I bumped on this neutral beige color and they only have 2 in the country so cant complain .

This is definitely a beautiful bag! Any chance you can share the item code?

The code I found online: AS1521 Y61477 94305 is for the black quilted one but I can’t find it for the chevron. I’m going to check with my SA to see if she can find it in this or any other color.
