The asking prices are going up, but that does not mean people are buying at that price….in fact, I see tons of listings for worn PF in sad shape for really high asking prices, but I don’t see many selling…..or at least not selling anywhere near the initial listing price….those sellers also risk the possibility that a new style will be introduced, making the follies less desirable in the near future, and thus decreasing the likelihood they will sell….
