Is the Neo waterproof?

While I’m not sure if the Neo is explicitly labeled as waterproof, for me, I use mine throughout rainy Pacific Northwest winters, without hesitation — I’d say water resistant, for sure! The Neo is a little bit thicker, and seems coated on the inside? I wouldn’t want to carry either bag unprotected in a prolonged downpour, but I’ve definitely walked several blocks in heavy blowing rain, with an umbrella, and while the outside of the Neo was slightly damp, everything inside was fine. HTH!
I've been using the Neo bag for about 2 years now and I've noticed stains (likely from water as I live in a humid tropical climate) on it. I'd advise immediately dry the bag if it encounters water!
There's a thread here and someone mentioned that Neos seem more susceptible to water spots than the regular Pliage nylon bags.

Washing Longchamp pliage created more water stains...
Hi everyone, Last week, my longchamp neo got splashed in the rain by a car driving past the curb. So I took some detergent + warm water and washed 90% of the bag up to the leather handles since I didn't want them getting wet. Anyway, now there is a water stain line along the top of the bag...

This is good to know! I've only carried a black Neo, and have had no issues. That said, I picked up a taupe one (40% off at Nordstrom!) and haven't used it yet.
