Is the lady dior (size small) really annoying to access?

I have been considering the lady dior size small bag for a long time. My friend said it’s very annoying to get to items inside the purse, enough to make her regret purchasing it when it can only be used for special occasions. Would you agree?

It's fairly easy to access items in the bag in my opinion, but it's not a bag you can freely "dig around" in because it is so structured. There is not much room for your hands to maneuver in and around the inside of the bag. If I need an item at the bottom, like my gusset cardholder, I might have to take out my hand cream or lipsticks first. But it's not much of an annoyance to me because I love how the bag looks!

I do recommend watching some small Lady Dior "what's in my bag" videos on Youtube so you have an idea of what items look like when they're all placed in the bag and then you might be able to visualize whether it works for you.

a question for owners,

Do you guys end up accidentally scratching the flap opening when getting items in and out ?
I have a small lady dior in the cloud blue leather. It's pretty easy to fit my essentials (I don't over stuff), and I like having the flap closure to keep things secure! I try to be careful with my bags, but I do wear rings and jewelry, so I have felt some friction/scratching as I retrieve an item, where my rings rub along the leather or the flap, but I don't see any scratches at all!

Thanks May! I’ve always wondered if I’ll end up having to “claw” it open if I was in a hurry! LOL

Hahahha it’s more like I forget I have jewelry on and am rushing to find keys, or my phone rings and I’m trying to answer. At some point, I hope to not be too cautious and just enjoy the bag.

I might be a minority here but I had to return a small one and buy a mini because I had a much harder time getting in and out of the small one. 1. it is deeper (and opening is still narrow), thus my hand would get stuck in the bag more - (I have tiny hands, btw, so it was not due to their size). On the mini, the bag is not as deep and, thus, it makes it easier to go in and out of the bag. 2. the inner open pocket is where my hand would always get stuck when I tried to lift the flap so instead of lifting the flap, my hand ended up in the pocket. Lol. It was frustrating to me so I returned it. Mini one does not have the inner open pocket so it was not an issue.

I have the small and find it a bit annoying to get in and out if but not enough to regret the purchase. I don’t use it everyday though. You just have to take a few extra seconds to carefully lift the flap. I can see how it would get annoying if you were in a rush. I still love the bag and just bought it in the mini size. I can only imagine the mini will be harder to get in and out of quickly but I buy these bags because they’re cute. If I wanted something super easy for everyday use I would go with a tote.

I don’t have any issues but I don’t carry much in my bag to start with. I only really grab my phone out of it, so I usually have my phone sticking out from the flap bc I slide it in/out so much.

What fits in the mini size?

Could you share what fits in the mini size? Thanks
