Is the Alma PM in DE worth it and still relevant?

I think it is a classic you cannot go wrong with and matches nearly everything if you like the design. I actually prefer most of the older LV designs. The newer ones are way to busy for my taste. My Damier bags are some of my favorites!
If you want to pep it up you could also use bag charms or bag chains. I think those look best with more toned down bags.

The new designs don't really compare. Some are cute, but most will be forgotten by 2030. While this one will be preparing for its 100th anniversary.
Also we have this obsession now that everything must be carefree, meaning either shoulder carry or crossbody. But this practical era will be eventually over. Bags held in the hand or worn on the elbow are infinitely more feminine, and as the culture shifts again, they will be back in the spotlight.

I don’t have it in PM but have an Alma BB in DE only recently purchased and I love it. Admittedly I can cross body so that helps but I really like that print in this style!
