Is Purse Forum app back on the phone?

I would like to download some Coach pictures and am wondering if Purse Forum has an ap again? Otherwise - what is the easiest way to get pictures from my phone to this forum?

Where you go to hit the red "post reply" button, right below it there is an "upload a photo" button.
