Is NY sample sale different from Wall st sale?

If this is a 101 question, sorry to ask.
I know NY has 2 sample sale (usually at Metropolitan Pavillion) on Mar and Sep.
I suddenly heard Beverly Hills had a sale and Wall st. will have one also.
Then, are those different from the sample sale in Metropolitan Pavillion? Or NY sample sale will be held on Wall st at this time?
If those two are different, then how different?
Also if then, could you let know when is the NY sample sale in Metropolitan Pavillion?

Wall Street has their own sale with mostly Men's RTW, shoes and knit accessories. Very few women's items. Generally, prior to the Metropolitan Pavilion sale in March.

Thank you so much for the info. I heard Wall st has a public sale from March 24 and it is the day that I travel to Paris....so I was a bit disappointed...but if sample sale is after that, then...it will be perfect!!!!

BTW, may I ask one more questions? I heard March 23rd is a private sale. Then only invited can enter? or...how could I get the invitation? Sorry for too many questions. Thanks!
