Is my juste un clou ring supposed to fit like this?

Hi all,

I normally do not wear rings and recently got my juc. I noticed a gap between where the head of my ring is and the band part. When I’m cold it can be shaken off my hand. When I’m warm, it can still come off easily. I got a size 53. I tried on 52 in store, but slight discomfort from the head digging in.

I have the double wrap and mine fits like that pretty much, it has to. The head circumference is bigger... I can wear mine on 3 different fingers; both index fingers and middle finger on one hand depending on the weather.

I wear all of my rings loose (can shake them off if I want to) for comfort and aesthetic purposes.

If it’s too loose on one finger at some point, maybe you can try moving it to another finger like Swanky suggests. Most of my rings (other than wedding set) fit both middle fingers and both index fingers. Index fingers are slightly bigger, so I wear rings on them a lot in the winter and then switch to middle fingers in the summer.

If you can shake it off that easily, I think it's probably too loose. I used to have this ring, and I could not.

Yep, this is how it fits. Imho, I’d choose slight discomfort over the risk of losing it.

Fortunately at my age my knuckles are swelling with arthritis LOL so it absolutely cannot shake off even when it’s loose at the base of my finger!
