If you ask lovely TPFer here for opinion, please take their advice for it. Go to the authentication thread as they have posted link above. And please read the 1st page with whatever photos is required to authentic a bag.

I am pretty sure the 1st one is counterfeit.
Reason: the stamp of chanel would never have a 'Paris' below. It is always a 'Made in France' or 'Made in Italy' stamp.
