Def return! Mine doesn’t have that. It’s so frustrating that brands keep trying to sell the faulty products. It took me three bottega hops to get one that wasn’t defectiveI just received my new Andiamo from Bottega online today. The knot on it has black residue. Is this normal? Should I return it?
I really should return, I just hate the extra work & process with online orders :|. It’s unlikely they’ll even have it in the size and color you want in stock. The Andiamo goes out of stock in store fast. And the boutique is separate from the online store - a store could ship it back for you, but you would have to buy (if they happen to have it in stock) or have the store order you one from another stock.
