I haven't been to the outlets in Florida since May, but based on my recent experiences with MK outlets it seems to me like they get a very small amount of boutique transfers. I have visited the outlets in Ontario Mills, CA, Dawsonville, GA and Concord Mills NC within the last month and the vast majority of the items are made for the factory store. As to the few items I did spot, they had a very small discount. I didn't see any mini's. Perhaps give them a call and ask, I have found that they are helpful.
