Well, I haven't dealt with them personally so can't offer any direct experience. Sorry
I did check and they have decent Trust Pilot ratings Luxcellent Reviews 446 reviews on this link with a 5 star rating.
Perhaps read through some of the reviews there?

I bought a Louis bag and a pair of Chanel earrings from them before. They got me certificates from real authentication for the stuff I bought and both authentic. And they shipped fast, too. Personally I think they are trustworthy. I was reading their reviews online and I think most people have a pleasant experience with them even though there were a few 2-3 stars. I am also a hand-made jewelry seller on Etsy and I think it's just not easy to make everyone happy when it comes to doing a business lol.

Just order an authentication service and get a certificate from services like RA or AF for a peace of mind!

They are legit sellers and move a lot of volume on some of the newer selling platforms. Their goal is to move as much product as possible and it shows in their customer service.
