I live in the US where the Hermes.com website is lacking in many items that are available from other countries. Is it possible to call customer service and have them obtain and ship to me items from other countries that are available on their online websites?
Just to add some colour, whilst this is true from the EU to the US or US to the EU etc, within the EU you can order from one country to the other: that's how I got my last shawl, by ordering on the french website for delivery in the UK.
