Kate Spade Is it possible to wear the Small Ella over the shoulder with regular strap?

I am interested in purchasing the small Ella under the circumstance that it is possible to wear it over the shoulder with the regular strap. Is this possible for a relatively petite individual? Would anybody have any modeling shots? I tried looking this up online but only pictures using the long strap are available. Unfortunately, the closest KS boutique is about a 40 mile drive away, and I can't get to it at the moment.

I mean with just the handle strap.

I don't think the handle is long enough. Sure you could wear it on your shoulder but I think the bag would sit right under the armpit.

Thanks! It's good to know that it is possible to some extent. It's obviously a bag that is meant to be hand-held or worn cross body with the long strap, but it's at least good to have the option to put it over the shoulder if the need arises.

I have this bag and absolutely can get it on my shoulder with the small strap, it's quite a slouchy bag and very comfortable so don't think you'll have any problems

Agreed with the other posters. The zipper portion of the bag is very flexible and conforms to your shoulder when you wear it like in the photo when you've put things into it.

Yeah, I wear mine on the shoulder all the time and never even use the cross body strap. You can actually adjust the small strap slightly, which makes it even more comfortable!
