  1. I have a wedding to attend in lated July.
It isn't a super formal wedding (not black tie) but it also isn't a casual wedding (garden style). Will it be ok to wear a maxi dress with a black shrug over it? I don't want to look too casual, but I also don't want people to think that I am trying to pull off an evening gown (in case some fellow guests don't understand the whole maxi dress thing). I was going to wear flat jeweled sandals to keep it dressed down. What do you all think?

  2. I think it's gorgeous. I don't think you'd be out of place in that dress no matter what the other guests are wearing!

  3. Really cute dress but I don't think it's appropriate for a wedding-- unless perhaps it's on a beach. Sorry!

  4.

    I agree!!

It's gorgeous plus with the shrug you can wear that during the wedding then take it off after when it's more casual and fun.

    Great choice

  5. Definitely! I love that dress
