I recently contacted Cartier support to ask whether their Love small bracelets and Small Love rings are hollow. They replied that none of their pieces are hollow. I then asked about the small JUC, and they responded that it isn’t hollow either. However, we all know the truth, and this is quite scandalous—it seems that Cartier support doesn’t really know what they’re selling. I told them I would be filing a complaint about their misleading responses, and they later apologized, admitting that I was right—the small JUC is indeed hollow.





What do you all think about this? Also, which Cartier pieces do you know for sure are hollow?

Where is that? In the US they have no clue - it seems that they are just trained to sell, in Europe they normally knew much better. At different boutiques they even have real goldsmiths as SAs. However, I was recently greeted by a SA in Europe with what a nice tank Americaine I have but it was my Cintrée. Can happen :idea:

Why did you contact them if you already knew the fabrication of these items?
