Is cabas chyc a classic?

I'm new to YSL, just wondering if the cabas chyc is a classic? Is it like the flap bag of chanel? tia ladies!

To me it's a classic and been popular for a long time. I have a small cabas in older design. However I noticed it's getting lesser and lesser in the store now, I'm wondering is it going to be discontinued?

thanks for your reply! Would you also know why some medium cabas chyc totes are priced at 2750USD and some are priced at 1895?

I've checked the local stores and found that they will be replacing the Y clasp cabas chyc with 'YSL' ones. If u like the current designs, go ahead.

I like it. I doubt they're going to replace anything about it due to the recent price increase.
