I'm having problems on both sites using Google Chrome. Usually when I click a bag, the screen goes a translucent black, like it wants to show me the item, but can't, and then I can't go back to the site. I found if I use either Internet Explorer or Safari, it works fine.

Same for me. Haven't been able to use main Coach site with Chrome in quite some time. Outlet site is fine for me on Chrome though.

Yes, I have that problem when using Google Chrome. However, it works correctly if I visit the website in incognito mode. That's how I've been able to work around it.

Same problems here. I am using microsoft edge currently and it's working. A lot of new items!??! I haven't been able to see full some for a few days so not sure when it updated.
