Is anyone familiar with Dolce and Gabbana?

Hello, I'm new to the Purse Forum I'm usually a Mulberry girl but have purchased a Dolce and Gabbana escape tote from Flannels. Does anyone know if the bag is supposed to have a tag or hologram etc ?? The tote came with a detachable pouch inside that is branded but once removed there is actually nothing on/in the bag (like a hologram, authenticity code, branding etc) to show that it is a Dolce and Gabbana bag. I purchased from Flannels which I believe to be a genuine retailer as far as I know. I've emailed Flannels as the bag also didn't come with a dust bag which I thought it would.

So if anyone knows anything about Dolce and Gabbana and can shed any light on what one of their bags should be like any advise would be greatly appreciated!
