I don't personally like it, because I have one of the Michael Kors Collection ID bags from a few years ago. That bag is gorgeous, but these new ones are Michael by MK which I feel he went a bit cheap and knocked off his own bags. And I don't feel that is a great price personally. I think you can get a better deal on that bag at Macy's when they have a sale plus using a coupon. I'm pretty sure those bags were already marked down at Macy's too.

I'm drawn to edgier styles so I like it, but I would wait unless you don't want to wait a few months for sales. MK usually gets fairly cheap and I've seen most of these line end up at TJ's for $150-250.

On a side note, I hate that he knocked off his higher end bags. I had one of the collection ID bags and maybe it shouldn't have, but it bothered me that it could be confused for M by MK. I just don't like spending a lot on something only to have the label offer a cheaper, nearly identical version for a fourth of the price later on.

lol, I'm blind as a bat; I didn't even realize that it was Michael by Michael Kors and a more affordable version of the premium brand.

I guess I like it cause it does look edgier, kind of "Rock and Roll" like I guess. Do you guys really think it will end up at TJ's or Nordstrom Rack for $120-200? I live in OC btw Faith Ann, so I'm assuming that you're referring to the TJ's around here? I've never seen anything really good at TJ's before...

Will Macy's have a 4th of July sale?

I know what you bean btw about paying a lot for an item and having the same designer make a cheaper version; it can be disappointing.

Macy's is having a sale right now and I know that style was marked down last time I was there. Plus, you can use the 'extra 20% off' coupon. So definitely go to macys and check before you spend $400 at nordstrom.

i agree with what's been said. That's alot to pay for MMK unless you adore it. AND I too, wish the collection line hadn't been replicated into the lower end line.

oh, wow, thank you! I've been obsessed and searching for black purses with studs all day long! Was looking at a Treesje Charlie and a ton of other ones...
