Are they already discounted, or are they full price? I know that sometimes they put full priced items at outlets. I can't imagine they do well though because outlet shoppers usually expect a bargain.

They are full price according to the outlet website. I have seen some Tabby’s at the outlet displayed separately (not part of the Reserve section) and they are also listed on the outlet website. I agree that not too many outlet shoppers will buy them at full price.

Yes they are full price at the outlet. Last time I was there they had the Tabby backpack at full price. Four other retail coach and they were only 30% off.

I guess it is helpful if you don't have a boutique near by. I wonder if they have them at my outlet. We don't have a full price store within a hundred miles.

I don’t know what a finisher is. When I googled it, most products that came up were acrylic finisher.
That's exactly what it is. The stripes on this bag are just painted on top of the black leather, and they've put an acrylic finisher to seal the paint so it doesn't rub off. That's the bit that seems to have melted a bit and become tacky. So, I cleaned it up a bit and then reapplied a fresh coat.

I had bought these fabric quarters from someone on posh and decided to make envelope pillow covers with them.
Great idea! They came out really nicely!

Happy Friday my ban ladies . Was wondering if anyone here has gone in to Coach for leather care — if so, what do they do? I got a text about this from the SA who sold me the RTH. I know it is an excuse to get me to the store to buy stuff  but I wonder if they do anything worthwhile. I am guessing they might use Coach cleaner and moisturizer (stuff I have at home ). Just curious.

I don’t because I prefer to do it myself and I use a different product. I never use the Coach products and use Leather CPR instead as my personal preference. I remember when they used to offer the care when I had a local store and I never really trusted them to do my bags, lol!

So yes, they do what you can do at home

Yes, the Gramercy bags from the late 90s/early 2000s are great quality. I have a small satchel. Once I did a comparison between a Coach Gramercy and a 90s Gucci. In my opinion, the Coach was nicer. I rehabbed a Gramercy that was in lousy condition. It came out great. Ink marks came out the pig suede.
Hi! I am looking to rehab a gramercy as well and was wondering what product you use to clean the leather and the pig suede inside? Thank you!

Hi! We should take this discussion over to the rehab club thread: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/coach-rehab-and-rescue-club.833400/

Somewhere in that thread I showed what I did. It was a long time ago. I know I used Lincoln EZ cleaner to clean the pig suede. It even removed ink marks. Here is a link to where I talked about the rehab: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/coach-rehab-and-rescue-club.833400/page-855#post-31037644

I have used the service twice and took multiple bags at once. The first time, they did an awesome job, the leather came back clean and well conditioned like new. The second time, I didn't notice one single difference in the before and after; the denim transfer was still there, the corner marks etc. if not for the smell of the conditioner I would have thought it was untouched. I didn't bother after that. I would say the service did take longer hours the first time though
