I do not see any risks ... but why you should pay them in advance if they do not deliver? I have had many items shipped to European boutiques for me to try but if I would have paid for them it would have been somewhat hard to decline - yes, there are differences within Europe, too.

I know in the US it's again somewhat different. There, I have been asked to pre-pay to order. I then tell them to their frustration if I do it this way I can better do it online, and as there no substantial gifts in the US as well as no cash refund I don't see why I need boutiques in the US at all other than check by for a coffee. Okay, there's a nice SA in San Diego where I bought sth but w/o prepayment.

Back to you: I would check online what's available and - as you are in Europe - check any boutique you like to get hold of it. Maybe you have to wait 1-2 weeks if they need to ship it internally ... they have a few regions within Richemont within Europe and the stock varies.

... and being a returning customer you should not be asked for a prepayment. If so, I would look for a different boutique.

p.s. Just coming to my mind that there are some independent boutiques like Basel which may handle everything differently.

It’s the holidays so I’m not surprised, the closer we get to Christmas the harder time I have locating items in the lists!
Where are you located?

Another note: Go online and check your item in your size and if it DOEN NOT say "please call" thes have it in stock and can be delivered to you. However, keep in mind that accoring to the SAs the system is not 100 % correct and they are not happy about it.

Just checked the sm plain Love in RG for the UK, Germany and Switzerland (french site) ... all sizes available.
