International returens to M.com

I know Sofie@Bxl had to return a bag, but hers was faulty so I'm guessing Mulberry would be covering the cost of the return.

Just looking at their website - did you check how much it would cost if Mulberry were to arrange the UPS collection?

I've returned a lot of bags to M.com from Australia. If you contact M.com they can arrange a pickup and the cost will be the same as the delivery charge was. They deduct this from your refund. They'll email you the paperwork that you need for the person picking the item up.

Forgot to say... You can choose what day the item gets picked up. Just need to give customer services about 2 days notice.
